Will I get phone based support?

We do provide phone based support, but considering that our development centres are in India, and operate in a different time zone, we require our clients to give us prior intimation in case they want to speak with a Project Manager.

Is your work SEO compatible?

Yes indeed, all our codes are SEO compliant, and facilitate indexing by search engines.

What happens after I pay?

We have a 5 step process of delivery. This includes order acknowledgement and initiation, verification and validation, development, testing and delivery. We will provide you access to our Customer access area, which features updates about the project status, so you will be aware of your project at any time.

How will the pages be counted when I save the design as a theme?

You will be expected to highlight when ordering, the number of pages with a changed layout, even when the theme is the same.

How will you deliver my project?

We usually save your artwork as skins, themes for blogs or templates. These files are then zipped and emailed to you.

Do you accept orders of one page at a time?

We do, if that is what works best for you. However, in this case you would not get the benefit of the discounts on the repeat pages. We are happy to work at your pace, though it is in your best interest to send us the work sooner so we deliver it faster.

Can you identify AJAX functionality, Flash and other page elements before producing code?

It is recommended that you give us short comments about how the design works and we will follow it. This will help to avoid any mistakes later.

What about email?

We conduct email testing on: all Google Mail / GMail (web-mail), Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, AOL, Apple Mail and Microsoft Outlook 2000-'07 and even The Bat if you need that.

Are your solutions mobile compatible?

Not as a regular feature, but do specify if you need these to be mobile compliant, and we will be happy to provide a quote.

What will you need from me to process my order?

We will require the source file (Photoshop or Fireworks file) of the page/s or element you want produced. We can manage all formats, so in most cases it would not be a problem. For best results, it is required of our clients to provide any project-specific notes att the time of submission, if anything specific is desired.

What does the standard package include?

Our standard Package is a value deal and contains a great deal of options which are:

• We follow W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict code in all our packages.
• The code is optimized for reduced selector use, file size, and advanced use of semantics.
• We check all our pages for Cross browser compatibility, and our code is tested in all modern browsers: Safari 4+, FF 3.5+, IE 6+, Opera 10+, Google Chrome.

How do you calculate the order value?

For the sake of simplicity, our charges are per page. We consider any page that uses a different layout or provides different content, as a separate page. So to sum up your order, you just need to count the unique pages when you place your order. Similar page orders are automatically discounted.
