Our Story
It started as a hobby soon turned into passion. As Wordpress enthusiasts we used to help our friends integrate their designs into Wordpress. We soon realised that we were getting famous for our expertise at integrating any form of design into a Wordpress theme, and were getting calls for help from people we did not know!!
As the calls increased, so did the requirements which got more complicated and bigger, and of course we got better too.
As the requirements increased so did our team (which currently stands at over 50 WordPress experts). After doing hundreds of projects and with the belief that we could cater to all Wordpress related requirements, we decided to take our hobby as a full time engagement. And so was born WPCanvas.

Our Process
To ensure that our clients are always satisfied, it is important that our process is optimised to deliver within the defined timelines. We have been able to successfully deliver on all our projects by following it, and swear by it. Here is how we do it:

Start
After the client places the order with all the information, the project is assigned to a dedicated Project Manager (PM), who sends a welcome email to the client along with details of access to the client area.

Requirement Analysis
The PM carries out a comprehensive review of the design and requirements. If there is any clarification sought from the client about the project, it is done at this stage.

Project Execution
After validating all the information, the PM assigns the project to a markup specialist who starts working on it. The details of the project are also uploaded on the centralised project tracking tool, so the client may be able to check the status of the project, at any time.

Testing & Delivery
After the markup is completed, it is passed on to the QA team which carries out the tests in all the supported browsers. The page is tested for loading time, browser compatibility. All errors are identified and corrected.

Project Deployment
If the order includes implementation, the approval of the client is sought for the markup, following which it is passed to the Implementation Team. This team creates a theme for the preferred Content Management System on the basis of the findings of the Implementation analysis.
